I had a great experience at this dealership. Ian was friendly, patient, and easy to talk to throughout the process. He answered all my questions, helped me feel confident in my decision, and made everything easy. Ian, Dean and the entire staff at Old 27 Sales is the best. They take such good care of you, you’d think you were family. I can’t recommend Old 27 Auto Sales enough! After visiting five different dealerships and test driving seven other vehicles the day before, my experience here was by far the best.Ian was absolutely amazing to work with and truly went above and beyond. Since the dealership closed before I got out of work, he was willing to stay late just to make sure I could look at the cars and complete the purchase. That level of customer service meant so much to me.Ian was kind, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He answered every question I had and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Both vehicles I test drove were incredibly clean and well-maintained, which actually made it difficult to choose because they were both so nice!I ended up driving home in a beautiful car that I absolutely love. Before I took it home, they even replaced a faulty tire pressure sensor, and the car had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. It’s the little things like that that really show they care about their customers.If you’re looking for a dealership that is honest, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile, ask for Ian at Old 27 Auto Sales. The most awesome experience I ever could have ever dealership I went to several that day and no one could even come close to the friendliness and treating me like I'm a person awesome I would recommend this place to anybody it's an awesome place to go wonderful we'll keep going back Ian you're so helpful and friendly they made me feel like family.
